A Workshop to Help you Survive and Thrive During the Holiday Season

Demands of the holiday season may feel overwhelming when combined with the emotions stirred by a cancer diagnosis. This interactive work- shop will provide strategies:

For those with cancer to help successfully manage the holidays while taking care of yourself

For caregivers to help support a loved one with cancer during the holidays.

To assist children affected by cancer including planning and communication tips.

To reframe expectations and enjoy special moments.
