Coping with Anxiety: A Workshop for Anyone with Cancer

This workshop will address the emotional experience of living with cancer. We will offer techniques to effectively manage intense feelings
and decrease anxiety.

Specific skills will be introduced to cope with stress and manage emotions, including mindfulness, relaxation techniques, and dealing with challenging thoughts.
