We offer a wide range of programs and services to meet the needs of low-income residents of Dutchess County. We help them and their families by providing programs, information and resources to assist in their journey towards self-reliance. We also help by raising awareness through public outreach and media.

Case Management

Our Client Advocates help families achieve self-reliance through total “wrap around services” that include but are not limited to: office and in home case management, financial assistance, food, energy reduction, Weatherization, employment and resume help, and health insurance applications. DCCAP Client Advocates provide all services and activities in a dignified manner through a strength based approach that helps clients to achieve their desired outcomes using the resources that they have around them in addition to the agency programs and services.
