The Caregiver Resource Center hosts three free monthly support groups throughout Sullivan County. All informal family caregivers assisting a family member or friend who is aging, ill and/or frail are invited to attend any or all of the three locations. At each meeting educational materials are provided, plus the opportunity for caregivers to share their concerns. Caregivers can actively participate or quietly listen; meetings serve as a resource through the multiple levels of caregiving.
